Website analytics

Paireeo asks for permission before loading Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and related analytics. Your choice is stored in your browser and recorded by Paireeo with the notice version, date, source, and an anonymous first-party visitor identifier. If the recording service is briefly unavailable, the site keeps your choice locally and retries that same consent record in the background.

Live Foundation Signal

After permission is granted, Paireeo records a sanitized page path, device category, source category, and calls-to-action for the Live Foundation Signal. The public signal returns aggregate totals only. It does not display names, IP addresses, exact locations, full user agents, or individual browsing paths. A source is not displayed until at least three consenting sessions share it. Public-site analytics events are removed after 30 days.

Hosted audit analytics

When tracking permission is active, Paireeo records how a hosted audit is viewed and used, including report opens, sections viewed, reading activity, downloads, and calls to action. If you previously accepted tracking on the website, that recorded permission can be associated with your audit request. If tracking was denied, withdrawn, or never accepted, you will be asked to agree before opening the secure report.

Audit and marketing information

Requesting the free audit requires an email address and marketing-email permission. Paireeo records the exact notice version accepted with the request. Marketing permission and report-tracking permission remain separate records. Paireeo uses Resend to deliver these emails and records delivery, delay, failure, bounce, complaint, suppression, open, and link-click events. Email opens are an estimate because some mail apps preload or block tracking. Every Paireeo email includes a footer button that lets you opt out of future marketing email, or you can contact us below.

Qualified bookings and payments

Qualified booking invitations are delivered by Resend and may include the same delivery, open, and link-click measurement described above. Payment is processed by Stripe. Paireeo stores Stripe customer, Checkout session, payment, invoice, and payment-status identifiers needed to manage the 20%, 30%, and 50% delivery milestones; Paireeo does not store complete card details.

Information you send us

If you contact us by email or book an audit through a linked scheduling service, we receive the information you choose to provide so we can respond, assess fit, and manage the business relationship. The scheduling provider may apply its own privacy terms.

Questions or requests

Contact info@paireeo.com with a privacy question, an unsubscribe request, or a request to withdraw future hosted-audit tracking. Withdrawal stops future activity for that purpose while preserving the historical consent and withdrawal record.
